Our Certified Arborist is available for in-depth professional consultations. A professional consultation can provide you with an overall plan and specific goals for your trees. You can benefit from the expertise we have gained through the many years of education, professional training, and experience. We are dedicated to preserving your piece of the urban forest. 

Our consultation rate is $260/hour (one hour minimum). Consultations outside of Bryan/College Station will include drive time.

When retained for a consultation, we are able to: 

- Provide a visual evaluation of your trees

- Identify pests and diseases

- Provide tree preservation recommendations for construction

- Provide information and instruction on general tree maintenance and care

Services that are not included in the consultation, but may be requested at an additional cost are:

- A written report from your consultation

- A detailed survey of inventory of the species, size, and condition rating of trees

- Collection of leaf/tissue/soil samples and lab diagnostic report

Since there are multiple factors to consider in tree evaluation and diagnosis, we will need to visit the site to determine what the best outcome and price will be. We do not give estimates over the phone or internet.

Yes. We carry both General Liability and Worker’s Compensation Insurance .

Be very leery of tree companies that claim they are fully licensed. There is no governing or regulatory body for the tree care industry in the state of Texas. So ask questions before you hire someone. Make sure that you are hiring a Certified Arborist who has practical knowledge of, and a lot of experience with trees. Check to determine if they are affiliated with a reputable trade association such as ISA (International Society of Arboriculture). ISA stands for the International Society of Arboriculture. According to the ISA website (isa- arbor.com), the International Society of Arboriculture is a worldwide professional organization dedicated to fostering a greater appreciation for trees and to promoting research, technology, and the professional practice of arboriculture.

According to the ISA, membership in professional industry organizations, such as the International Society of Arboriculture, “demonstrates a willingness on the part of the Arborist to stay up to date on the latest techniques and information.”

To earn an ISA Certified Arborist credential, one must be trained and knowledgeable in all aspects of arboriculture. ISA Certified Arborists have met all requirements to be eligible for the exam, which includes three or more years of full-time, eligible, practical work experience in arboriculture and/or a degree in the field of arboriculture, horticulture, landscape architecture, or forestry from a regionally accredited educational institute. This certification covers a large number of topics giving the candidates flexibility in the arboricultural profession. A code of ethics for ISA Certified Arborists strengthens the credibility and reliability of the work force. This certification is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (www.isa-arbor.com).

The ISA Board Certified Master Arborist credential is the highest level of certification offered by ISA. This credential recognizes ISA Certified Arborists who have reached the pinnacle their profession. In addition to passing an extensive scenario-based exam, candidates must abide by a Code of Ethics, which ensures quality of work.
